Chef Jean Claude Poilevey and sous chef Oliver Poilevey prepare a $25 prix fixe menu complete with escargot, steak frites and mousse au chocolat. Pair it with a $1 Kronenbourg, the best-selling premium lager in France.
Mon Ami Gabi
The French bistro offers a menu of specialty items for its Bastille Day celebration. Dishes include Vichyssoise soup, Bouillabaisse with Rouille croutons as well as strawberry sorbet with Frais du Bois syrup. The items are available a la carte though Wednesday.
The Peninsula
Pierrot Gourmet at the upscale hotel is offering a special menu featuring French delicacies such as pâté de Campagne, salt cod brandade with baguette croutons and warm apple tarte tatin.
