Breaking! Word comes down the wire today that Corton toque Paul Liebrandt will helm a new eatery dubbed The Elm inside Williamsburg's King & Grove hotel this spring, most likely in the old Pillar & Plough space. He will remain in place at Corton but the new project will be "something different" than Corton according to PR. More on The Elm as this story develops.
