Will on Sunday, January 13. Joining Chris Kearse at his East Passyunk BYO to prepare an eight-course feast will be Nicholas Elmi (
Rittenhouse Tavern), Jon Cichon (
Lacroix) and Lee Styer (
Fond).
All four young toques are known for having a deft touch, so expect gorgeous plates and inventive flavor combos. Seats are available for $100 per person, and reservations are being accepted via telephone (215-271-7683) or
