What do you do when the holidays are over? Create your own special events. Four of Philly’s best chefs have cooked up a monthly dinner series, with the first is set to take place at Will on Sunday, January 13. Joining Chris Kearse at his East Passyunk BYO to prepare an eight-course feast will be Nicholas Elmi (Rittenhouse Tavern), Jon Cichon (Lacroix) and Lee Styer (Fond).

All four young toques are known for having a deft touch, so expect gorgeous plates and inventive flavor combos. Seats are available for $100 per person, and reservations are being accepted via telephone (215-271-7683) or e-mail.
