If you’re not heading to the airport this weekend, there are plenty of entertaining things to do to keep you occupied aside from last minute shopping. In addition to the Liholiho Yacht Club popping up at Naked (tickets are still available), your choices include the last-ever Underground Market, a goosed-up dinner and a rousing sing-along gospel brunch.

Eat This
Your goose is cooked, literally, at the Grand Café starting tonight and running through Monday December 24 when it will be wrapping up its final Misfit Dinners, a series of meals that showcase locally sourced, out-of-the-ordinary animals with traditional French brasserie preparations. It’s only fitting that in anticipation of the Yuletide holiday, chef Alicia Jenish will be whipping up a number of a la carte dishes featuring geese from Sonoma Liberty Farms such as goose consomme, goose leg confit with stuffed cabbage and goose roulade with caramelized onion pudding. The regular restaurant menu will also be available (Thursday-Monday, for reservations and menu info, go here).

Buy This
Forage SF will host what it insists is their last-ever Underground Marketthis Saturday afternoon and evening at SOMArts. The day time market will take place from 11AM-4 PM and feature drinks, packaged food and take-home edible gifts, while the night market (6 PM–midnight) will ramp it up with drinks, hot food and music (Saturday, $5 at the door, SOMArts at 934 Brannan St, get more info here).

Hear This
Sing hallelujah and pass the buttermilk biscuits this Sunday at 1300 Fillmore where they will be hosting a special R&B holiday music gospel brunch featuring their house band, the Hot Pockets. Sup on chef e Southern comfort food and brunch cocktails while you croon along to holiday favorites such as Nat King Cole’s The Christmas Song and Mariah Carey’s All I Want for Christmas (Sunday, seatings at 11AM and 1 PM, brunch is a la carte but there is a $6 music surcharge per person, check out the brunch menu and info here).
