Heirloom to Launch Celebratory Anniversary Menu

To commemorate its year anniversary, starting December 16 the Chestnut Hill New American restaurant Heirloom will be offering a three-course prix fixe for $36.50 (in honor of the 365 days it has been open). Chef Al Paris' menu will include crispy red snapper with orange polenta and kale confit; pistachio crusted venison with caramelized quince and braided red cabbage; and to finish, chocolate pudding with salted caramel and chantilly cream. But if you can't make it next week, don't fret. Continuing in January, chef Paris will be offering a new tasting menu each month that will focus on a seasonal ingredient (December 16-23; 215-242-2700).
