We usually associate the wonderful flavour of truffles with a guilty carb-heavy overindulgence. Luckily that is not the case at Soho Italian restaurant Bocca di Lupo. The signature salad made from crisp celeriac and shaved radish is topped with sweet bursts of pomegranate, salty pecorino cheese and finished off with a generous helping of truffle oil. A combination of contrasting flavours works perfectly together and is still a healthy choice.
