Photo of the Day: Cookies, Cookies and More Cookies

There is nothing wrong with a fake food holiday when it honors one of our favorite food groups: cookies. For National Cookie Day today, here's a shot of one of our all-time favorites in town, Semi Sweet Bakery's Triple Chip, a soft sweet thing studded with chocolate, butterscotch AND potato chips. We're also kind of crazy for the rye chocolate chip cookie at Sycamore Kitchen, the salted caramel macaron at Euro Pane, and adore the array of mini Italian cookies at Susina Bakery. That's really just scratching the surface; there are just too many cookies to love in LA.
