Continuing in his tradition of charitable efforts (he's been collaborating with chefs and celebrities on dishes that support causes since 2010), chef Hiroyuki “Zama” Tanaka has joined forces with Iron Chef Jose Garces to create a special "Garces Chirashi" at Rittenhouse Square's Zama. The dinner special blends the traditional dish with Latin flavors, featuring expected ingredients like hamachi and scallops alongside grilled Spanish baby octopus, saffron sushi rice and expelette pepper aïoli.
