Monday
Fan of unorthodox meats? There are still a few spots left for tonight’s collaboration “offal dinners” at Le Virtù. Six chefs will come together to create six courses, each featuring a different part of an animal. For example, Sam Jacobson of Sycamore is making pig’s head croquettes (“pig head balls,” he calls them) and Funky Lil’ Kitchen’s Michael Falcone has created veal tongue Wellington. Call Le Virtù to reserve a spot at either 6 or 8:30 PM ($60; 215-271-5626).

Tuesday
It wasn’t in our Ramen Road roundup because it’s only a once-in-a-while occurrence, but on Tuesday ramen will be served at South Philadelphia Tap Room. Chef Scott Schroeder and sous-chef Mark Regan have dubbed their collaboration Round Guy Ramen, and the pair spent many hours creating a shoyu-style broth. Bowls of the soup will be offered á la carte starting at 5 PM (215-271-7787).

Wednesday
Queen Village’s Kennett is celebrating two years of serving wood-fired pizza, craft brew and old-fashioned cocktails on South Second Street. As it’s also Repeal Day, it’s appropriate that mixology experts Phoebe Esmon and Christian Gaal will be guest bartending, serving a special drink menu featuring Hendrick’s gin (267-687-1426).

Thursday
Now that Blue Belly BBQ has extended evening hours, the Bella Vista spot is offering a three-course prix fixe dinner. For just $20 per person, you get a choice of appetizer, entree and dessert. Chef-owner Gene Guiffi’s menu will change weekly, and the deal is for eat-in guests only (215-238-0615).

Friday
If you work on the Main Line, treat yourself on the last day of the work week with newly introduced lunch at The Saint James in Ardmore. The New American bistro from Michael Schulson and Rob Wasserman is now offering a varied menu of flatbreads, soups, salads and sandwiches (including a Maine lobster roll) from 11:30 AM-3:30 PM, Monday-Friday (610-649-6200).

Saturday
Food artist Hawk Krall - whose work you may have seen in descriptive posters of Hot Diggity menu items or in the huge mural at Pizza Brain - is holding an art opening at American Sardine Bar. The Pennsport pub will host a showing of Krall’s sandwich paintings, which you can accompany with nibbles from sandwich-artist-of-a-different-kind Scott Schoeder (215-334-2337).

Sunday
If you haven’t been out to Dean Carlson’s Wyebrook Farm yet, this is the perfect chance. The farm market is open from 11 AM-6 PM on Sundays, and you’ll find great seasonal meats and cheeses, including a $75, seven-pound gift basket, packed in a thermal bag. If you can’t make it to Honey Brook, you can pre-order a gift basket via email and pick it up in town at Cook or Green Aisle Grocery.
