As a follow up to a report done last year, based on DNA tests The Globe has found that a large number of Massachusetts restaurants are still serving mislabeled fish, often subbing out cheaper options for more expensive ones. 76% of the 58 offenders last year were still proven guilty, with places like Brookline's Sea to You Sushi advertising escolar as white tuna, or Jerry Remy's Seaport offering frozen Pacific cod instead of the fresh, local cod touted on the menu. When it comes to solving the issue, some say its a supplier issue, or simply the result of in-house oversights - with many promising to make adjustments.
