While some chefs don't want to call their pop-up a pop-up, Ludovic Lefebvre, the undisputed pop-up king, launches his tenth and final Ludobites next weekend. And the only way to get a table is to enter the reservation lottery, which begins today at 11 AM. Simply go here until 11 PM tomorrow, enter the date or dates, time, party size and submit. Then just sit and patiently wait to see if the computer randomly selects your request. If you're one of the chosen few, you'll get a text message sometime on Friday. No phone numbers to call, no hostesses to harangue, no reservation systems to break. It all just happens...electronically. Ludobites.TEN hits Gram & Papas downtown from December 4-21.
