We had no idea what Jessica Koslow was up to when she turned her jamming kitchen into a full-on cafe. But following Sqirl's social media pages, we're taunted daily by things like this spiny lobster roll, made with Santa Barbara lobster tail, preserved Meyer lemons and tarragon on Proof Bakery brioche. Koslow's always picking up fresh finds from her farmers market friends and local purveyors, putting in a sandwich or baked good, and adding a touch of her own preserves or pickles or condiments. Good thing the cafe is now open daily from 7 AM-3 PM.
