Intelligentisia Coffee Looking for NYC Location, Aiming for March 2013 Debut

There's nothing quite like a warm cup of coffee to convince New Yorkers to spread some holiday cheer (or to help you wake up at 4 AM on Black Friday). Intelligentsia Coffee, the Chicago based roaster whose offerings are served in restaurants such as Eleven Madison Park, is in discussions to open up a New York brick-and-mortar location and is looking at a potential spring 2013 debut (we hear March, but that's of course subject to change). While the company features a by appointment only New York based Training Lab, its popular Coffeebar's and cafe can be found throughout Chicago and Los Angeles.
