Get Ready, Umami Burger Opens on July 29

NYC burger fans have been building buzz around the upcoming opening of Umami Burger, a West Coast chain that's set to open its doors in the West Village. Well, commence drooling, because we just learned that the NYC location is set to open on Monday, July 29. The location is going to be located at 432 Sixth Avenue, and will feature many of the menu items from the opposite side of the country. It's in the space that used to house the restaurant Amber and while we don't expect Shake Shack style lines on the first day, we think this is one to get excited for.
