Puritan & Co., Will Gilson’s New American restaurant in Cambridge, kicks off its à la carte Sunday brunch starting July 21. Gilson’s put together a mix of savory and sweet items that include smoked bluefish pâté, Greek yogurt parfait, Muscovy duck hash with farm eggs and organic griddle cakes (11 AM-2 PM; $12-$15; 617-615-6195).
