The Round Rock Bee Keeper |
The drinks feature Eagle Rare’s 10-Year-Old Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey as well as other great whiskeys, such as local Rebecca Creek Spirit Whiskey and TX Blended Whiskey from Firestone and Robertson Distillery Co. in Fort Worth. In Eagle Rare you’ll find notes of toffee, orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. Housemade mixers like Round Rock honey-fig syrup enhance the spirit even further.
We’re excited to try the Round Rock Bee Keeper with Rebecca Creek Whiskey, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, honey-fig syrup and baked apple bitters, as well as the the Buffalo Trace Bourbon Smash, with Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Domain de Canton ginger liqueur, muddled orange, Chinese bitters and soda.
And whether you live north or south, you’re in luck: the summer menu is in place at both the Oak Hill and Round Rock locations. (Photo courtesy Austin Fusion Magazine)
