According to the LA Times, Lou's Wine and Provisions will carry bread, cheese, pickles, preserves and even charcuterie that Sqirl's Jessica Koslow and team will make themselves, canned fish and meat, condiments and more. "We’ll stock most but perhaps not all of the fixings to make a dinner," Amdur tells the LAT. Koslow's kitchen basically separates the two, so the cafe will have to close on August 1 for a couple weeks for construction - she alluded to this and a "surprise" a couple months ago - but expect to see the restaurant and store back open by August 16.
