Bacon lovers, beware the enticing smell on the highway: a truck loaded with pork bellies caught fire earlier this afternoon, shutting down the 1900 block of southbound I-35 for several hours. The "The driver was able to get out without being injured, but a dog he was riding with died in the flames, officials said."The highway was scheduled to reopen at 4 PM.
