The confectionary festival returns to Navy Pier in October with an edible replica of the Blues Brothers, a cupcake competition and chocolate showpieces. Tuesday and Wednesday, tickets will be on sale for only $15 (the usual price is $25). This is a pretty sweet deal for a conference full of chocolaty goodness.
