This is way better than getting a free amuse bouche sent out by the chef. Last night more than 200 unsuspecting patrons dining at Bocanova, the pan-Latin bayside restaurant in Oakland’s Jack London Square, reached under their diner plates and found themselves as the lucky recipients of free round-trip tickets to South America, courtesy LAN airlines, which masterminded the surprise promotion. The stunt was part of their "Only in South America Campaign" and the promotion lives on via their social media page where hopefuls can enter to win free tickets daily from January 25-30.
