The great thing about social media is that it gives the big shots a chance to manage their own public images. That means any chef with a cell phone can reel off a quick one-line complaint before their public relations firm can even say “out of context.” In the last year, chefs have used social media to fight with each other, with customers, with critics, and recently, with an airline. (Warning: if you have a problem with expletives, avoid the below.)
