Pop-up restaurants are all the rage, and now we can add Celebrity Cruises to the long list of places wanting to get in on the action. From January 29 through February 1 they'll be setting up pop-up shop at
The Kitchen NYC, where Celebrity's chef John Suley will be offering a three-course menu that includes favorites served on the ship. Think dishes like hamachi crudo, venison loin and warm pineapple tart – all a far gourmet cry from the limp french fries and congealed nachos we ate on our last cruise. Mixologist Junior Merino (aka The Liquid Chef) will also be on hand to pour craft cocktails, like the "Big Apple", featuring Hudson Valley Whiskey.
Tickets are $40 for lunch and $75 for dinner (including all drinks, tax and gratuity). Those looking to indulge can purchase tickets
here. Bon Voyage!
