To celebrate its fifth anniversary, 62 Restaurant in Salem will be throwing a series of three dinners starting on January 23. Each dinner with be a five-course $62 prix fixe, with the first meal focusing on dishes that have inspired chef Antonio Bettencourt throughout the years (think tagliatelle ai funghi), the second on February 20 highlighting items that are signature dishes or often requested and not currently on the menu, and finally, on March 20, fan favorites that you can vote on here.
