Schulzies Bread Pudding and Coffee, the popular pudding parlor heralding from Venice Beach, plans to unleash its 108 flavors during for a soft opening for its Hayes Valley branch this weekend. Unlike typical bread pudding which arrives warm and gooey, owner Sarah Schulz serves her creations at room temperature, scooped to order a la an ice cream shop and gilded with a variety of toppings such as chocolate or caramel sauces, cookie crumble etc. The shop’s trial run on Saturday is expected to open at 11 AM and go until the goods run out. We’re predicting a stampede.
