The new spot is inspired by a traditional New York grill and will be split into a rotisserie, grill and lounge bar with live music and light snacks. On the menu: a combination of European, American and British-influenced dishes like pizza, slow-roasted joints and wood-fired breads. Oblix will also have London's first interactive sommelier station where the entire table can gather to to taste the wines they would like to drink with their meal.
