Gordon Ramsay's Regents Park restaurant York & Albany has opened The Hunting Cabin where, for six weeks only, they will be serving winter favourites like mulled wine, spiced boozy hot chocolate with marshmallows, hot apple cider as well as savoury snacks such as game sausage rolls, black pudding scotch eggs and venison sausages. Inspired by the historic hunting grounds in the area, the cosy lodge at the edge of the park has space for just 15 people and is decked out in traditional tartans, tweeds, animal skins with antlers and taxidermy covering the walls. We say try the detox again in the spring.
