Mark Your Calendars: Cochon Comes to Philly on July 28

We may not have been selected as one of the 10 cities where pork fest Cochon555 will gather worthy competitors for an epic battle at Aspen's Food & Wine Classic come June, but that doesn't mean we'll miss out on the gluttony entirely. Foobooz points out that on July 28 the Cochon group will be hosting something in Philly called "Epic." While details are scarce, if it's anything like their other events (which feature five local chefs preparing nose-to-tail dishes from seven heritage pigs, along with plenty of booze to go with it), the name should ring true. Stay tuned for more details.
