Get 'em while you still can, folks. These are the hottest tickets in town to three dinners that may cost a pretty penny, but will have diners giving the chefs a standing ovation.

Spiaggia
The James Beard Foundation will be in town on Thursday, January 17 for a dinner with Chef Joseph Lenn from the acclaimed Blackberry Farm in Tennessee. The benefit dinner, called “Tartufi della Toscana and Truffles of Tennessee,” will feature six truffle-driven courses with wine pairings from Spiaggia’s sommelier Jason Carlen. Tickets for members cost $175 and $200 for non-members. (312-280-2750).

Feast & Imbibe
A new underground dinner club will be hosting their first pop-up in Evanston on January 25 and 26. Feast & Imbibe, helmed by Moto sous chef D'Andre Carter, will serve underground dinners as well as cater events and parties. The five-course meal will include wine pairings by co-founder Heather Bublick. Email info@feastandimbibe.com for reservations.

Leopold
In a pleasantly surprising announcement from Leopold, the Belgian restaurant will host a series of guest chefs at pop-up dinners. The first will be Avec’s Erling Wu Bower on Monday, February 4. Only 30 seats will be sold for the dinner, “The Old Farm at Leopold,” that includes five courses and a cocktail hour. Beverages are not included in the $65 ticket price. (312-248-1028).
