And now, as part of MasterCard's Priceless Chicago program, he'll cook for you at an intimate 12-person dinner. On January 29 at 7:30 PM, the maestro of meats will prepare a tasting menu at the chef's table of his butcher shop/eatery combo Publican Quality Meats. There will be charcuterie, handmade breads, cheese, seafood and noteworthy dishes, along with wine pairings. Tickets are $150, and you can get them here.
