Christopher Kostow Kicks Off New Guest Chef Series at Animal

Here's something for your datebook (and/or your 'date' book): On Monday, January 14, Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo kick off a new guest chef series at Animal with 3-star Michelin chef Christopher Kostow from The Restaurant at Meadowood. The new Cooking with Friends series brings some of the duo's favorite chef buddies from around the country to the Fairfax restaurant, where they'll collaborate on a special prix fixe menu for the night, and the visiting chefs will select a charity for proceeds to be donated. For Kostow's night, it will be Cancer for College, a foundation that provides financial aid to cancer survivors in the form of scholarships. The series will continue every couple of months throughout the year, and we'll keep you posted on the full line-up.
