The typically Italian steak dish at neighbourhood restaurant, Olivocarne, sounds simple but strikes a perfect balance between flavours. Chargrilled slices of juicy beef entrecôte are served with chilli broccoli which is also chargrilled and - for the finishing touch - drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
