It's eight crazy nights of latkes at Susan Feniger's Street, as witnessed by yesterday's creation - a traditional latke topped with braised beef and horseradish cream. We love how it was explained to commenters who thought it looked like pulled pork that it's untraditional to eat pork...on a Jewish holiday. On the first day of Hanukkah the Street team created a Yukon Gold latke topped with smoked whitefish and apple salad. What will it be today?
