A couple of weeks ago we told you about Michael Chiarello's forthcoming Spanish restaurant on San Francisco's waterfront and today the Inside Scoop tells us the name of his new Iberian is going be called Coqueta, the Spanish word for "coquette" or "flirt." Chiarello, who built his empire on Italian cuisine, tells the Scoop, he's got "an infatuation" with the Iberian culinary culture. You can read more on Chiarello's "crush" on Spanish food here. It'll be a short engagement. Coqueta is expect to open until the spring of 2013.
