On Monday, December 10, some of the best female bartenders in the country will be shakin' it up for Speed Rack, a charity competition that raises money for breast cancer research. This fund-raiser is no joke - last year it brought in $69,000. Even though the primary focus is to raise some dough, the competition is fierce. The timed trial is about speed and accuracy - the bartenders will have to make drinks from a list of 50, and they will be judged by a panel of experts for accuracy. The winner of this regional round will compete against other regional ladies to see who is the speediest in all the land.
