Marc Forgione Partners With EMM Group, Oversees Redo of Abe & Arthur's

Iron Chef Marc Forgione is partnering with the EMM group and taking over the helm at Abe & Arthur's, overseeing a redo of the eatery which will close this winter and reopen with a new name. He tells Flo Fab that his new menu will be inspired by NYC: “I want to bring the dirty-water dog into fine dining."[NYT]
