A couple weeks ago, food industry watchers took notice that Gordon Ramsay had snatched up the U.K. copyright to The Spotted Pig, which he may or be planning to open in London. Well, Grub Street has noticed some interesting intel from David Beckham, who dropped word in a chat last week that his next gig will be a restaurant with the famous British chef. Hmmm. While Grub didn't get the confirmation that the Pig is indeed the collaboration, all sides involved have expressed their interest in a gastropub concept. This is a little bit of gossip that we'll definitely keep our eyes on.
