Eric Ripert Leaves 10 Arts

Hot off the heels of ending his affiliation with Westend Bistro in DC comes news that Eric Ripert will no longer be involved at 10 Arts, both of which are Ritz-Carlton properties. The Insider reports that the chef announced that Le Bernardin in New York requires too much of his attention, leaving sous chef Nathan Volz at the kitchen's helm come 2013.
