The team behind Benjamin Steakhouse has cut plenty of chops in their day, but at their newly opened restaurant its time for something a little different. Chef Richard Pims will take inspiration from the steakhouse's successful approach and  prepare a menu of seafood that's "simple and unfussy," think entrees like linguini and clams and whole Maine lobster stuffed with crab meat (there's also a selection of steaks for those of you who can't part with the bovine, even for one night out).

There are two dining rooms - the main one is pictured above, but real seafood addicts might want to ask about the special room in the basement. Accessed through the kitchen, it can seat 30 and special tasting menus will be served to the guests who opt for private dining. There is also a bar with it's own more-casual menu, which features goodies like burgers and fish and chips. The restaurant is now open at 158 E 48th Street.
