Dogpatch = so hot right now. In the matter of a few years, this sleepy undiscovered industrial neighborhood went from Dog who? to doggone trendy. Just in the past week alone, we saw the opening of Michael Recchiuti’s Chocolate Lab and learned that Phil West, chef/owner of the popular Mission restaurant Range (where former Piccino chef Rachel Silcocks now works) will be taking over the six-year old Dogpatch bar and music club Retox Lounge.
