Twinkies Officially Return to Shelves Today in Smaller, Longer-Lasting Form

Twinkies are officially back, folks. The iconic snack cake of yesteryear returned to shelves today for the first time since Hostess announced its bankruptcy last fall. Note that the portion size has decreased and the shelf life increased, although a spokesperson for the product says those changes were made before Hostess went belly up. The price for a box of 10 ($3.99) remains the same. [AP]
