When you're too lazy (or too hot) to grill your own ribs, lobster tails or steaks this summer, the annual BBQ menu at The Roof Garden at The Peninsula Beverly Hills is back in session. Starting this weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 5-9 PM, you can get new executive chef David Codney's grilled specialties like smoked ribs; char siu BBQ duck tacos with cabbage slaw; Australian rock lobster tails with yuzu butter; or a 28-day dry-aged Harvey Guss tomahawk steak, all prepared right there on the rooftop grill. There are a slew of summery sides to choose from, and cocktails like a pomegranate mojito. It's steep - entrees range from $35 to $57 - but hey, you're at the Peninsula and the only sweat on your brow is caused by the sunlight hitting you (someone will move the umbrella in a moment).
