High temps and humid days beg for milkshakes and ice cream floats, but there’s a better way to drink your cool: with alcohol. We found eight Philly restaurants mixing beer and spirits with ice cream to create boozy drinkable desserts. Some of these are seasonal, some are year-round, but there’s no question summer’s the time to suck them down.
