Chefs at Amis Have No Fear of Snow

It’s snowing like crazy, but that isn’t stopping the crew at Amis from having a bit of fun. A cadre of cooks at the Vetri Family trattoria went out for their regular smoke break to prove they weren’t scared of a little bit of the white stuff - without their shirts on. Check out Craig Parahus, Graham Major, Jamie Dignam and Matt Arcamaone showing some (frozen?) skin, while manager Martin Cugine looks on disapprovingly. Where's chef-partner Brad Spence?
