Rumors have been swirling around for a while about the Cheesecake Factory coming to Center City, but now the Center City Residents Association is publicly addressing it for the first time. According to Foobooz, if approved by the association and zoning committee, a six story space on 15th and Walnut will not only house a two-level Cheesecake Factory, but also retail as well, including Uniqlo.
