About that high-end Chinese food revival going on? Well, it's still halcyon times for newcomers Hakassanand M.Y. China but evidently things didn't pan out so well for Shanghai Restaurant, owner Francis Tsai's third go-round of his Market Street. The Inside Scoop is reporting that after four and half months, the upscale Shanghainese venture (helmed by former Shanghai 1930 chef) is kaput. The former Mecca space is now shuttered awaiting its next fate.
