Starting today (January 15), Rosa Mexicano is offering a special weekday “Lunch Crunch” that will get you in and out, pronto (20 minutes for your whole table), for a mere $12 a pop. The sort of ‘bento box’ for Mexican food lovers is a “greatest hits” on one plate - guacamole with warm housemade tortilla chips, Baja fish tacos, tortilla soup and a flan de Rosa, a vanilla-espresso flan served on a warm, ancho chili brownie (weekdays, 11:30 AM-4 PM; $12 per person; 617-476-6122).
