Farm-to-Glass Cocktail Party at the Ferry Building This Wednesday

Drinking. It’s good for you so long as your glass is filled with market-fresh, nutrient-rich pomegranate juice, as is the case in the wintery tequila-spiked snow-cone-inspired cocktail the Pome-Iranian (shown above) and other seasonal drinks that will be on offer this Wednesday evening at the winter edition of the Cocktails of the Farmers Market series at the Ferry Building. Like CUESA's previous out-of-the-box drinking affairs, the seasonal cocktail party by the Bay will showcase mixologists from the city’s top bars (Trick Dog, Dosa, Comstock, Rye) shaking market-driven elixirs along with a walk-around tasting of artisanal bites from the newly founded Good Food Merchants Guild, some of whom are finalists for this year's Good Food Awards, which will announced this Saturday. Tickets are $50 and include two full-sized signature drinks from Campari and Espolon Tequila, plus 10 sample-sized cocktails and unlimited food.

January 16, 6-8 PM, Ferry Building, Grand Hall, reserve tickets online.
