Han Dynasty started life as a BYO but got a liquor license last year, and it looks like spice-master-in-chief Han Chiang and crew are starting to put it to good use. Beginning tomorrow, every Tuesday will bring $3 Tsingtao beers and a duo of $8 specialty cocktails, offered throughout the entire day. This week’s drinks include ginger-infused Buffalo Trace bourbon with ginger syrup and tonic, and an as-yet-undetermined mix using a chili-pepper-infused vodka. Sounds tasty, but knowing Chiang’s proclivity toward outrageous heat, we recommend trying a sip from a friend's glass before you take the plunge.
