Just when you thought bacon was over (not us), someone comes along and creates an entire event around it. Not to be confused with Cochon 555, which returns to LA this spring, the inaugural LA Bacon Fest pulls together a mash of sweet and savory dishes from places like Grub, Mendocino Farms, Mess Hall, Slater's 50/50, Chris Cosentino's Pigg at Umamicatessen and more. It all goes down at the Petersen Car Museum on February 9. Tickets are $40 for food and entry to the museum, and $60 for VIP entrance and cocktail tastings.
