Jeremy Fox Leaves His Old Soul Behind, More Chefs Pop In

Chef Jeremy Fox is on the move again. He most recently popped up with Old Soul at Square One Dining in East Hollywood, weekend night dinners coordinated with the This Is Not a Pop Up group. But according to Helena Brown, one of the  Pup Up founders, Fox had "a last-minute opportunity...which he felt the need to pursue." So more chefs will fill the gap, beginning January 17. The new series will launch with James Trees (Michael Mina Group, Fig) and continue with Adam Gertler (The Next Food Network Star), Bruce Kalman (new exec chef of The Churchill), Tyler Wells (Handsome Coffee) and CJ Jacobson (Top Chef, Mercantile). Each chef will hold a weekend residency with $50 set menus. Menus, bios and reservations can be found on the website.
